2-DAY NRA Instructor Rifle Shooting Course with NRA Training Counselor, Jessamy Bright!

COURSE FEE:  $250 total (includes all materials and range fees) .  $100 non-refundable deposit is due at signup, with the balance paid on Day 1 of class. Pay deposit online by clicking on the paypal button on this page (or message for address to send a check).

REGISTRATION: 

1. Click on the Patronus Training logo to the right which will direct you to their website where you will fill out the registration form for the class (click the green button on their page).

2.  Pay your deposit by Paypal (click on the Pay Now button on Patronus Training's page), or make arrangements to mail a check. 

3.  You will automatically be registered for the student level course as noted on the schedule.

4.  You will receive confirmation of your registration and deposit payment, along with directions to the classroom/range.

COURSE GOAL: To develop NRA Certified Instructors who possess the knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary to conduct the NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting Course.

This course includes two (2) full days of training:
-NRA Basics of Rifle Shooting Course (student level course, required pre-requisite)

​-NRA Rifle Instructor Training Course

INSTRUCTOR CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND BOTH DAYS AS SCHEDULED ABOVE, AND MUST BE CURRENT ON THEIR NRA BASIC INSTRUCTOR TRAINING (BIT) WITHIN THE LAST 24 MONTHS.  BIT REFRESHER IS AVAILABLE IN MARCH 2020 FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE.  MESSAGE FOR DATE AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.

Instructor Candidates must attend and pass the NRA Basics of Rifle Shooting Course as noted on the schedule above, and score a 90% or better on the written test along with the shooting qualification. Prior to the Instructor Training, all candidates will complete a pre-course questionnaire and demonstrate their firearm proficiency in pre-course assessment exercises, including a shooting qualification. Upon successful completion of this Course, Instructor Candidates will be certified by the NRA to teach the NRA Basics of Rifle Shooting Course.
