CLASS FEE: $125 total, $75 Non-Refundable Deposit is due at sign up (please see Policies).
DESCRIPTION: NRA Basic Range Safety Officer Certification Course offered by Cyrena Training / Wellington Training. This class is a must-have for those wanting to take their knowledge, skills and attitude toward safety to the next level!
TOPICS COVERED INCLUDE:
Range Safety Officer’s roles and responsibilities
Range standard operating procedures
Range inspection and range rules
Firearm stoppages and malfunctions
Range Safety Briefings which include emergency procedures
Candidates must also receive 90 percent or better on the written exam. This course is open to the public. There is also a NRA certification and processing fee after completion.
Please note that we will have NO LIVE AMMO in the classroom, so secure your firearm and ammo in your locked vehicle outside for safety purposes during the classroom portion of the day.
