Raised in Union County, Ohio, David Stultz was exposed to long guns in his early teen years by his father.  Hunting was the primary theatre of his experience.  He was also exposed to clay target shooting.

David offered to take his high school sweetheart, Valarie, to the local range in 2018.  Valarie had never used a firearm before and took to a rifle quickly. Valarie expressed interest in handguns within the next year. Thrilled to help Valarie investigate the world of handguns, both of them enrolled in Cyrena/Wellington classes in March of 2019.

David is now a National Rifle Association Certified Range Safety Officer, Pistol Instructor and Rifle Instructor.  He competes in International Defense Pistol matches.

David educational background includes: Many training classes from Cyrena/Wellington. His Instructor training was completed thru Patronus Training.   Numerous classes from Vance Outdoors.

July of 2020, he retired from Honda Of America after 31 years.  Valarie and David have one son, three Grandchildren, a grand puppy and a grand kitten.
